Her roles on television include Tea Marvelli on Skins, Sage Spence and Andrea Cornish on Gossip Girl, Frannie Latimer in Your Honor, and Tea Marvelli in Skins. Black-D'Elia starred in the Fox comedy The Mick's Sabrina from 2017 to 2018. In 2015, she appeared in Project Almanac. Viral was her role in 2016.
